Welcome to Fuji, Taste of the Himalayas. We have been proudly serving Boulder, CO since 2015. Fuji Restaurant and Bar is a small, family-owned, Asian Fusion restaurant created from a mix of Japanese and Sherpa kitchen food and culture. Our inspiration stems from a passion for native cuisine from the founders homelands: Nepal and Japan. The space we’ve created at Fuji is intended to cultivate a community that enjoys both Japanese and Sherpa culture food. All our dishes are made to order from authentic homestyle recipes using high quality, heart-healthy, and low-fat ingredients that are all daily staples in Japanese and Sherpa style.
We aim to serve our customers a variety of traditional, genuine Asian-fusion dishes. Stop by Fuji for fresh handmade momos,
